Nuremberg, October 18 (sr): On October 17, 2018, Aero-Dienst was once again presented with the ‘Bombardier Business Aircraft Authorized Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Award’ as the best service facility in the ‘Europe’ category.
For the fourth time running, and for the fifth time altogether, the Nuremberg specialist for maintenance, operation, sales and management of business aircraft received this distinction for its excellent record in providing Bombardier customers with first-class quality, performance and service. André Ebach, Head of Maintenance at Aero-Dienst, and Christian Kunder, aircraft mechanic in the Nuremberg Learjet team, accepted the accolade during an official presentation ceremony held at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Orlando, Florida.
“In the year of our 60th anniversary, this award represents an especially gratifying confirmation of our employees’ hard work,” emphasizes André Ebach, casting an appreciative glance at Christian. “Because at the end of the day, they are the ones at the cutting edge whose flexible and dedicated commitment enable the Bombardier customers to achieve even more operational efficiency and safety.”
Aero-Dienst has built up a reputation within the industry for its decades-long experience and expertise maintaining Bombardier business jets. The high levels of competence in maintenance tasks are the consequence of consistently focussing on a loyal and well-qualified workforce over many decades – with results that are amply reflected in our customers’ satisfaction and the confidence placed in us by our business partners.
“These awards recognize our authorized facilities’ commitment to serving Bombardier Business Aircraft operators with superior quality and performance, supporting our mutual goal to maximize the efficiency of our customers’ operations, and to deliver an exceptional customer experience,” said Bill Molloy, Vice President of Aftermarket Sales and Commercial Strategy, Bombardier Business Aircraft.
“Together with our strong team in Germany and Austria, the outstandingly good cooperation with Bombardier is an indespensible factor when it comes to supporting our customers with their exacting requirements at the highest level,” adds André Ebach.
As operator and maintenance facility for Bombardier business jets, Aero-Dienst is well aware of its advantage in being headquartered in the middle of Europe at Nuremberg Airport (24/7/365). In cooperation with the nearby spare part depot in Frankfurt, customers can be given rapid and effective support in AOG cases, both at Nuremberg Airport and using the Airport as a base.
